Our work quality, integrity and customer service is held to a higher standard. The owner, Michael, does a lot of the work himself along with family and close net team of quality employees. We are professionally equipped with industry leading powerful truck mounted extraction machines that use fully adjustable water pressure and water temperature with built in powerful vacuum to deeply extract all contaminates from your tile and grout to a holding tank on our vans for proper disposal. Our competitors will try and sell you on their "non abrasive, safer" methods while typically utilized harsh chemicals to achieve an improved look before color sealing over imbedded contaminates. Unfortunately for them there is no better cleaning method than ours. Our machines are custom built and installed in our vans by our nations leader in commercial cleaning equipment. Each of our machines is powered by 30 HP engines. We can effortlessly remove layers of dirt, soap scum, old sealers, wax coatings, mold, mildew, grout haze and stains in minutes off any hard surface! After our unmatched cleaning process we begin restoration and sealing of your grout which will restore the color of your grout while making it stain proof and waterproof.
